GameFly TV commercial contest

GameFly, the leading online video game rental service, recently announced a Super Fan Casting Call. The contest will produce one “super fan” who will appear in GameFly’s next TV commercial. For the chance to appear on TV, video gamers need to submit a 45 sec. or less video portraying their favorite video game character. Oh, did I forget you have to dress up?

Contestants need to convey why they love GameFly and why they dressed up as their chosen video game character. Video submissions will be accepted from Aug. 26-Sept. 30. Voting period will run from Oct. 1-Halloween (Oct. 31).

If you happen to live in or around one of the below cities, you have the option to attend one of GameFly’s live casting calls:

* Sept. 9, Los Angeles, CA – Hollywood and Highland Center/12-6 p.m. PST
* Sept. 16, Chicago, IL – ESPN Zone/12-6 p.m. CST
* Sept. 23, New York, NY – Hawaiian Tropic Zone/12-6 p.m. EST
